Packages are generally shipped within 48 hours after receipt of your payment. The standard shipping method is tracked Colissimo, delivered without signature to the place indicated by the buyer on the order form. You must carefully fill in the delivery address when ordering, specify the preferred delivery times and indicate a telephone or mobile number. LES NGUYEN and the carrier cannot under any circumstances be held responsible in the event of an impossibility of delivery, due to an inaccuracy of the delivery address. In the event of force majeure, preventing delivery partially or totally, this period will be adapted according to the proven duration of the force majeure. The following are considered to be force majeure: strikes, blockages of road, rail or air networks and events due to bad weather. Any reasonable delay in the delivery of the products cannot give rise to the buyer's claim for damages or cancellation of the order.


If you would like a delivery with signature, an additional cost applies, please contact us. Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will provide you as soon as possible with a link that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.

The goods always travel at the risk of the recipient. Always check your package upon arrival. You can make any reservations with the carrier in the event of something missing or damaged. If the customer wants 2 delivery locations, he places 2 orders, with the associated delivery costs. In the event of missing or damaged goods, the buyer must make all necessary reservations on the delivery note upon receipt of said goods. These reservations must also be sent by email within five days of delivery, to this address: eshop@les-nguyen-paris.com.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They may contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order. We advise you to combine your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders and you will have to pay shipping costs for each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, special care is taken with packages containing fragile products.


Packages are oversized and protected.


For deliveries outside mainland France, the customer undertakes to pay all taxes due on the importation of products, customs duties, value added tax, and all other taxes due under the laws of the country of receipt of the goods. the command. The company LES NGUYEN in fact releases itself from all legal responsibilities if the payment of taxes is not made by the customer. Delivery will be made by post via Colissimo with tracking. Deliveries to EEC countries are made by post via Colissimo tracking Europe, for deliveries outside the EEC, deliveries are made by international postal services. In the event of apparent defects, the buyer has the right of return under the conditions provided for in the general conditions of sale.

In accordance with legal provisions, you have a period of fifteen (15) working days from the date of receipt of your order to return the products ordered to the Return Service of the LES NGUYEN PARIS eshop at the address:

The procedure below must be followed in full:


    Log in to your customer area with your email and password. Retraction is done in the “contact us” section of the site: - Go to “Subject”: “Customer service”. - Enter your order number and describe the reasons for the return. The products must be returned in their original packaging, with their label and any accessories, in perfect resalable condition. They must therefore neither have been worn, nor washed, nor damaged. Any return must be made by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, otherwise the loss of the products during return transport cannot be taken into account. The costs returns are the sole responsibility of the Customer. Please note: it is possible that your country (destinations of your order) applies customs duties to the importation of your order. In this case, Colissimo International will contact you to acquire these rights. In the event of a return for an order delivered outside France, we will refund the price of the items, except for customs duties or any costs that were charged to you when importing your order. We will send you a refund email as soon as that your return has been processed at our warehouse. If 7 days after your return, you have not received your refund, we advise you to contact LES NGUYEN PARIS Customer Service by email eshop@les-nguyen-paris.com or by telephone on 06 37 88 23 42.


If the conditions mentioned above are met, you will be refunded the amount including tax for the returned items (delivery costs included). Your refund will take effect within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the items. You will be reimbursed by a credit to the bank account used when you paid. the latter is only carried out on the monetary value disbursed (credit card, paypal, check) and not on the value of the vouchers used in the transaction.
